February 25, 2011. Exactly a year today, we were deployed as hired nurses [take note: not volunteers] under the program of Department of Health dubbed as Registered Nurses for Health Enhancement and Local Service or RNheals. I was real glad to be a part of the said program 'coz aside from learning how to be a nurse who's responsible for her own action [meaning I am liable for everything I do, unlike when I was a volunteer wherein I was still under the responsibility of my staff nurse], I met people who became a big part of my growth as a professional and as a person as well. Though I got sick due to night shifts and all, I am really thankful I was able to finish my one-year contract.

As part of their program, we were required to submit our monthly journals, which contains the activities, learning/insights, issues/concerns and recommendations we've got out of our tour of duty. I posted most of my entries in this blog: February, March, April, No entry for May, June, July, August, September, October, November, No entries for December, January, & February.
From here, I still don't have any plans where to go next. I wanted to rest for a while and gain weight! Maybe I'll hunt for my next job on the second week of March, after my kuya's wedding. My mom doesn't really want me to go abroad coz I easily get sick, she says. So, I guess I'll stay here in our country for a little more while. hehe :)
I'll just post my adventures for the past year when I got plenty of time...perhaps tomorrow! haha. For now, I'll leave you with this picture:
